Thanks for checking out the site. This site was made because the Facebook groups that are used to buy and sell just don’t work that well. Your items disappear and its hard to find your posts. This site is locally owned and operated by a Kerrville resident. It wasn’t free to set this site up and took some late nights to get it looking right. So I hope you enjoy it.

Here are some benefits to using this site:

1. Posting an ad is free! Ads are automatically removed after 60 days (normal ad) or 90 days (featured ad).
2. Easy sign up process so you can get to posting right away! Also, you dont have to login to view ads.
3. Once you have posted an item hit the Facebook button and show off your post at “Online Kerrville Garage Sale” group, your wall, a friends wall or any other group you’re apart of. Also, your ad is automatically posted on the Kerrville Garage Sale Facebook page for all to see (See the Facebook page) That’s three posts in one!
4. You can search the site easily and find what you’re looking for, like wise, your posts can also be found easier. We all win with that one.
5. You can see stats on how many times your post has been viewed? Do you get that with Facebook…no. You also see how long you have till your ad expires.
6. Categories, get organized so stuff can be bought and sold fast!
7. Looks great on a smart phone. Keep up with your posts while on the go!
8. Google maps integration. If you want to show the address to an event or you own garage sale, do it with Google.
9. If you have a local business you can advertise on this site. Lots of locals will see your ad.
10. Try making your ad featured. Use the feature while its still free.
